YBNext is a dynamic group of young professionals that make up the next generation of the leadership of Effingham County and surrounding areas.  
The Young Business Network extension invites the young leaders of this area to become engaged with each other in social settings, in professional development activities, and in family and charitable events.
 
Our programs and initiatives reflect Effingham County's mission as a place for businesses to locate and to attract young professionals.  One of the goals of YBNext is to offer an avenue for young professionals to network in social settings and to share career challenges and successes.  Another is to offer opportunities to develop professionally by drawing off the knowledge and experience of the area's leaders who have helped form the professional landscape that makes up our business community today.
